Give the importance of the Respiratory System in the Human Body.

(Science beyond Borders) pg. 62 to pg. 68

1. Motivation
Riddle or Bugtungan

Guide Questions:
a. What comes to your mind with the answers to the riddle?
b. What organ system can you associate it?

c. Are you now ready to discover about the lesson?

2. Activity
Breathing exercise….
 Sit or stand with your elbows slightly back. This allows your
chest to expand more fully.

 Inhale deeply through your nose.

 Hold your breath as you count to 5.

 Release the air via a slow, deep exhale, through your nose,
until you feel your inhaled air has been released.
