Proposedwork:
The main aim is to develop a system for Optimization of Jaggery Production using
IOT real-time monitoring of various parameters in process at remote places using
Microcontroller based system. This systemwill measure various process parameters like
temperature, flowofstreametc. helpsto controlspeed ofAC motorsintraditionalmechanism. To
improve quality of jaggerywe develop a system which automate a task ofdriving various
motors in process of manufacturing.

HardwareRequirement:
SEN-HZG1WA water Flow Sensoris a device that is used to measure the flow rate of
water. It consists of a turbine-type rotor that is placed in the water stream, and as the water
flows past the rotor, it causes the rotor to spin. The sensor measures the speed of the rotor and
it converts to flow rate. The sensor has a digital output. The flow range is 4~45 Liter/Min The
flow characteristic is F=5Q-3, F:HZ, Q:L/min, ±10%.
RPM Sensor
An RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) sensor, also known as a rotational speed sensor or
tachometer, measures the rotational speed of a shaft or an object in motion. There are different
types of RPM sensors, but the most common one is the magnetic induction sensor, which works
based on the principle of electromagnetic induction.A magnetic induction sensor consists of a
magnet, a coil, and an amplifier circuit. The magnet is mounted on the rotating shaft or object,
and the coil is stationary. As the shaft rotates, the magnet produces a magnetic field that passes
through the coil. This induces a voltage in the coil, which is proportional to the speed of the
shaft. The amplifier circuit amplifies the voltage signal and converts it into a digital or analog
signal that can be used to display or control the RPM.
Raspberry pi
TriacDriverModule
These devices isolate low voltage logic from240 VAC lines to provide randomphase
controlofhighcurrent triacs orthyristors. These devices feature greatlyenhanced static dv/dt
capability to ensure stable switching performance of inductive loads. Also known as a
Phototriac Coupler, a TRIAC Driver is a specific type of optocoupler that is used exclusively
to provide an optically-isolated gate drive current to a TRIAC. This allows designers greater
flexibility in selecting the gate drive current and isolation value desired separately from the
TRIAC required. The TRIAC Driver + TRIAC combination is a common means of creating a
discrete, high powered SSR.TRIAC Drivers are composed of an input LED optically coupled
to a photo-sensitive TRIAC Driver chip. Upon application on an input current (2.5-15mA,
typically) the input LED shines light on the TRIAC Driver chip thereby allowing current
flow through the device. This current then flows to the gate of a discrete output TRIAC and
allows the load to be switched on or off.
SoftwareRequirement:
Raspbian OS
Raspberry Pi OS ishighly optimized for the Raspberry Pi with ARM CPUs. It runs on
every Raspberry Pi except the Pico microcontroller. Raspberry Pi OS uses a modified LXDE
desktop environment with the Openbox stacking window manager, along with a unique
theme. The default distribution is shipped with a copy of the computer algebra system
Wolfram Mathematica, VLC, and a lightweight version of the Chromium web browser.
