    What are your best practices as an administrator or leader in your agency?

    I cannot answer the question because I’m NOT an administrator or leader in my agency.

    How did you achieve your VMGs?

    I was able to achieve my VMG by “complying with the rules and policies of the university, striving for
    academic excellence, participating actively in school activities, becoming a role model, passing the board
    exams, and conducting research.”

    What problems did you encounter along the way?

    The problems that I encountered were the fact that some of the scope of the VMGs were not always
    followed or implemented. This is the reason why the administrators must be firm in observing strict
    compliance with the scope of the VMGs within the university premises.
