    We the students from Notre Dame Village National High School are currently tasked to
    promote awareness on natural disaster and risk mitigate that we might experience in the future. We aim
    to inform you the possible impact of the different man-made natural calamities. Our group have chosen
    your baranggay RH-X1, the purpose of this initiative is to improve understanding and ensure people's
    security in the event of an impending Natural Disaster. We hope that this flyer can help to dissemination
    information regarding impending Natural risk and disaster. With this, we hope to visit your office and
