1 In Jhansi Division, total 19 nos. of stations are identified as Amrit
Stations.

Out of 19 no’s stations, 1 station (Gwalior) is being executed by

Construction Organization. Jhansi Division is executing the works for 18
nos of Amrit Stations.

Dy. CE/GSU advised that the consultant for all the stations has been fixed
and the preparation of master plan and 3D façade views is under progress.

Works has been distributed among Sr DEN’s and GSU of Jhansi Division.
2 2 Stations (Khajuraho & VGLJ) are under Master Planning. Needs to be
expedited.
It was informed that Work at Sheopur Kalan Railway Station will be
developed as part of Gauge Conversion Work.
3 A presentation on the master planning of Amrit Stations was given by the
Architectural Consultant/s. General Observations are:

• Second Entry has not been planned.Integration with both sides of

city should be focused.
• It was also observed that the commercial area has not been marked
in the master plan at most of the stations. All the commercial area
for phase-1 and future land parcel provision should be properly
marked in the master plan. Holistic Master Planning shall be done.
• No master plan has been got approved from DRM/Jhansi and
GM/NCR. Approval of Master Plans to be expedited.

4 Tenders for 15 stations have been invited.

Signage Layout Plan for all stations are yet to be prepared as per Railway
Board Instructions. Further, tender for Signages shall be planned.
5 Inspected Orcha Station. Observations are:
• The works in Circulating & Platform area is under progress.
• All safety precautions shall be followed.
 • Advised that all works shall be executed as per approved Master
Plans.
6 Requirement of PSSA and GC needs to be assessed. Accordingly, tenders
may be planned.
7 Documentation of Existing station photographs and work in progress
photos to be properly done. The photographs shall be taken from the same
spot for better comparison
