1 Appointed Date of Project is 25.01.2023 with Completion Period of 42 months
Almost 8 months have passed while the physical progress is only about 10 %
and total financial booking is only about 6 %.
Progress needs to be expedited.
2 Barricading of front basement completed, excavation in under progress.
Dismantling of Platform shelter at PF no 1 is under progress for construction
of Air concourse
Rear Building- foundation work in progress, and backfilling under progress.
Work of relocation building of Parcel office is in progress, the structural work
in completed and the fabrication work for shed is in progress, however the
work needs to be expedited.
Work of relocation building of magistrate office (building no 4} is in progress,
the structural work is completed, the finishing work be expedited.
Work of LT Panel room has not started yet. Needs to be expedited.
Milestones which are lagging behind shall be expedited and monitoring shall
be done as per revised Base Line Programme and effort shall be made to
complete the Project in Scheduled Completion Time.
Progress needs to be expedited with sufficient mobilization of man and
machinery.
3 EMP of Jaipur Railway Station has been approved. Compliances needs to be
ensured. Pollution Monitoring Equipment’s needs to be installed at Site.
Permission for tree cutting for few locations needs to be expedited.
4 Structural steel fabrication work for FOB & girder of Air-Concourse needs to
be planned and started
5 It shall be ensured by PMS as Authority Engineer that all letters of EPC
Contractor shall be replied timely and proper log of the same shall be
maintained.

6 BIM implementation is in progress. It needs to be finalized at the earliest and

it may be preferred for issuance of GFC’s.

7 DBR’s for structure above track has not been approved for the GADJ station.
It was told that it is pending at HQ. Needs to be approved as it forms the
basis of design. Design and drawing of Through Roof is pending with PMS
 and same should be approved at earliest.
Availability of PMS officials and their deployment should be closely
monitored. Dy/CE/C/JP and CE/C-VI/JP should ensure regular inspection
and should submit Inspection reports periodically.
8 Internal Quality Audit of project has been done as apprised by PMS. External
Audit need to be planned. It needs to be done on priority.

9 Quarterly Video Recording of Site for quarter ending September 2023 needs
to be submitted by EPC Contractor.
10 Pending utility shifting like overhead cable owned by RSEB etc shall be
expedited.
11 FOB works has NOT started. Design and Drawings need to be approved.

12 As informed, infringing TRD portals on Platform 1, 2 & 3, 4 & 5 shifting to be

planned on priority.
13 Design and drawing of structure like Skywalk, front building, overhead
tanks, underground tank, water supply system etc needs to be submitted for
early approval
