With reference to the above subject the following activities to
be taken care off.

1- Bending work shop night shift stared make sure to make

night shift for your driver in your shift / done . been advised
from CSR to make HSEA frequent visit and capture it in log
book.
2- Ho visit completed and the main task is New CMR with new
target must be implemented also make sure WC, PA a wear
about CMR. / in progress, still crews are not meeting the
target , most of them are getting P3 and below . please push
from your side to get the range between P4-P5.
3- PDO camp inspections done 13 Point closed of 22 please
close balance point. /In progress , there were a visit from
 mina alfahal (environmental Audit ) I have share the mail
with all agenda .
4- Make sure all FTR submitted to QS and money clamed.
In progress for all FTR .
5- New yard work started and we go approval to offload the
materials / off loading already started and the team still
doing the leveling g and compacting , follow closely and
make sure the billing is captured in the month of October
projection .
6- Send back 14’’ and 16” bending machine to vender. Until
today they cannot fix the machine. / the machine got
breakdown and the motor been shifted to MCT for repair , its
coming now please follow the productivity .
7- LSR for work without permit is closed and PIM closed /
LTI 17 been shared to all and draft 1 been finalized . please
follow with HSE team from the status of close all action party
from site level .
8- Make Training for (Excavations Marsilea ) and let him start
as CMR Data Entry . / please follow the PCs from head office
 we have already asked Arnab and Abdelhamid .we did not fid
space to make office for them . get HO support on that .
9- For Thamud project please Arrang water from Rema and
start Hydrotest . / Dewatering and grouting and instrument
activities balance. please follow closely we are in the final
stage we need to pull that crews from there.
10- Take List for P/H training form HSE and send it to
CSR . already we booked assessment for them. / I have
spoke to Salim and agreed with him to give special penal
from 4-5 PH on Saturday or Sunday. please follow from your
side to make that done.
11- 14 CEP card expired 4 of them passe in assessment let
others complete the assessment . in progress.
