Procedures of the second auditory visit.
Time line and meeting of the visit:
- 90 minutes: Meet with the Dean, Vice dean for Education & Students
Affairs, directors of the programs, capacity building team, curriculum
committee, faculty members and facilitators of the first and second
year to:
o A) welcome them and clarify the objectives of the audit
o B) to ensure the presence of all the requested documents and the
awareness of different parties by these documents.
o C) Spend some time with the director of the program,
curriculum committee, assessment committee to ensure the
presence of all the educational strategy of all modules of the
second year and ask about the assessment strategy, the
blueprint, log book, portfolio, examples of formative &
summative exams and the level of establishment of the
Question bank
o D) Ask about faculty members about: learning resources and
assessment Strategy
o E) Give the link of the student survey and faculty member
survey
-Each school has to prepare a list of the following documents before the
visit:
 Bylaws and suggestion of minor changes
 Report of the first audit visit and its action plan and extent of
implementation
 Program Specification
 Courses specification for the second year
  Study Guide of modules for the second year
 Materials& learning resources of the second year
 LMS and the E- Learning
 Assessment report of the first semester
