Nurse : "Assalamu’alaikum, good afternoon”

Patient : "Wa’alaikumsalam, good afternoon"

Nurse : "Is it true with Ms. Astri Septiani?"

Patient : "Yes, that's right, nurse."

Nurse : (Smiling) "Let me introduce myself, my name is Sinta Nur Fauziyah, you can call me nurse
Sinta. What name do you usually call me?"

Patient : “Astri”

Nurse : "Okay Ms. Astri, here I will look after you today from 02.00-09.00 pm."

(While preparing equipment)

Patient : "Okay nurse”

Nurse : "Now I will do an abdominal examination, namely Ms. Astri's stomach. The aim is to
complete Ms. Astri's health data. For the procedure, I will undress Ms. Astri and then start
the procedure. It will take around 8 minutes. Are you willing, Ms. Astri?"

Patient : "Ready"

Nurse : “Okay, can I start now?

Patient : "Yes, please,nurse."

Nurse : "Okay, I'll start, Ms. Astri, just lie on your back and relax."

Patient : "Yes Nurse"

(Perform an abdominal examination)

Nurse : “I closed the privacy and washed my hand first.”

Patient : “Yes, nurse.”

Nurse : “Can you lift your shirt a little to check your stomach.”

Patient : “Okay nurse.”

(After completing the abdominal examination)
Nurse : "I've finished checking, the results are all normal, Ms. Astri, how do you feel?"

Patient : "I'm happy because the results are normal"

Nurse : "Yes, Ms. Astri was also relaxed earlier, that's good. Next time I will go back to see Ms.
Astri to check the vital signs, sis. Before I go, is there anything you want to ask?”

Patient : "No, thank you"

Nurse : “Thank you again sis, if Ms. Astri needs my help, Ms. Astri can ask your family to call me
