I. JOB SUMMARY

Promotes and sells products and services to Clients. Builds and maintains strong Customer experience
while ensuring Company interest and achievement of sales target.

III. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Executes various strategies to achieve sales target.


2. Demonstrates product functions and specifications and provides information on the latest pricing,
availability and use of other products carried by the Branch.
3. Provides Customer experience by resolving Customer inquiries, issues, complaints and requests.
4. Provides On-site support for software problem request.
5. Presents Store guidelines and policies concerning warranty and post-sales transactions.
6. Develops deep understanding of macOS and iOS and with the upgrading requirements of products.
7. Identifies frequent issues and translates into documented or scripted processes.
8. Works in conjunction with development towards resolution of escalated technical/unit issues.
9. Attends to phone inquiries and furnishes product quotation when needed.
10. Ensures implementation of rules and regulations set by the Branch and of the Company.
11. Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.
12. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

At least College Level of any Business or Service related course.

SPECIALIZATION / TECHNICAL SKILLS

Productive Communication and Analytical Skills. Customer Satisfaction Techniques, Product and Service
Knowledge. Apple Applications for Consumer and Professional Markets.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Good Negotiation and Customer Service Skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and
keen to details. Has high regard for Excellence, Customer Experience, Innovation, Integrity and
Collaboration.
