The purpose of studying the discipline is the formation of knowledge among
undergraduates about the psychological aspects of the individual, the structure and functioning of
the team; mastering the skills of managing a team as an organization system.
The tasks of studying the discipline:

2. Forms of conducting training sessions:


Lectures: online, video lectures, trainings, guest lectures, webinars, videoconferences, using
active interactive teaching methods, discussions, MOOCs developed by the teaching staff of the
university, leading universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign universities;
Practical classes: a practice-oriented approach with the development of startups, projects,
analysis of practical situations (case-study), the implementation of virtual practical tasks, etc.
Laboratory classes: experimental, virtual laboratory work, group performance of laboratory
work.
SIW: Assignments may include: writing lecture notes, solving problems, performing tests,
writing justifications, abstracts, portfolios, preparing presentations, etc.
3.1 The current control of students' progress is carried out on each topic of the academic
discipline and includes the control of knowledge in classroom and extracurricular classes: a
survey in lectures, a survey and speeches in practice. classes, presentation of homework,
admission to the implementation, defense of the SIW;
3.2 Frontier control - delivery of colloquia, conducting an oral survey, defense of written works,
test tasks and other forms. (at the discretion of the teacher);
4.1 Teacher requirements:
4.1.1 The student is obliged to independently and timely complete assignments, the list and
number is determined by the department in accordance with the number of credits in the
discipline.
4.1.2 Assignments submitted with violation of the deadline will be evaluated below the
established mark by 20%;
4.1.3 Attending classes strictly according to the schedule;
4.1.4 In case of absence due to illness, provide a certificate;

4.1.5. Missed classes are made up by the student according to the SIWT schedule approved by
the department.
4.1.6 It is mandatory to observe the dress code and speech etiquette in online classes;
4.1.7. In case of violation of these requirements, the teacher removes the student from the
classroom (for online classes, blocks the student for this lesson) and fixes the fact of missing the
lesson without a good reason.
4.1.8 Comply with the rules of academic honesty: avoid plagiarism, cheating and other forms of
deception when submitting written works;
4.1.9 In written exams, answers that do not pass the plagiarism check are not counted, which
leads to an unsatisfactory mark;
4.2 Course policies and procedures:
The course policies and procedures reflect the following administrative requirements for students
in the course of studying the discipline:
4.2.1 Assignments for IWS are issued on the 1st week of the semester
4.2.2 During the SIWT, online consultations are held on the most complex issues of the
academic discipline, the completion and defense of homework, reports, SIW, etc.
Communication between the teacher and students is carried out via e-mail, chats, Skype, social
networks.
4.2.3 Students with at least 25 points are allowed to take the exam.
4.2.4 The assessment of the final control during the period of intermediate certification (exam) is
40%.
