Command word sets for six local languages

Project Background
In order to develop an automatic speech recognition technology solution for smart
products, we will invite native speakers to participate in a simple recording project.

Participating countries

1. Germans speak German

2. Italians speak Italian
3. French is spoken in France
4. Spaniards speak Spanish
5. Japanese speak Japanese
6. Thais speak Thai

One of the above languages must be your native language, and you must have
been born and raised in one of the six countries listed above.

Age group.
Adults: 18-50 years old
Seniors: 50-80 years old

Requirements for the participants

Requirements for participants
1. You must be a native of one of the "participating countries" listed above.
2. You need to be fluent in your native accent with no mispronunciation.
3. You must be between the ages of 6 and 80.
4. You must have a smartphone and you must be able to operate it easily and you
must be able to read the English version of the application.

Reminder
If you meet the above requirements, please keep reading, if you don't meet the
requirements, please stop and give up. Because once you hide this, especially
hiding the country of birth, everything you do is in vain and we will refuse
payment.

The first step:

Download and install the app.

The third step:
Official recording begins.
1. Preparation before recording
(1) Please complete the recording within 48 hours after completing the registration. Otherwise, the
registration will be cancelled.
(2) Please make sure you are in a quiet room. You must record in a quiet room and turn off all
electrical equipment.
(3) Please do not get too close to the microphone, otherwise noise will be caused by blowing the
microphone. Please do not use headphones to record with your mouth 30 cm away from the phone
microphone.
(4) Remember to pause for 1 second before and after speaking.
a) Spell clearly and meet the speed of speech
b) Accurate pronunciation, no mispronunciation
c) Read without spraying wheat
d) No truncation or blank reading

2. Familiarize yourself with the content of the readings

Read and record the offline command words in the excel command table in three speech
speeds

Read aloud at a normal speed *1 sentence

Read aloud at a slower speed *1 sentence
Read aloud at a faster speed *1 sentence
The interval between [hello rocky] and the recognized text should be 2s
Total: 1 (person) * 32 (sentences) * 3 sentences (speed of speech) = 96 times

Please note: Rocky is a clever floor sweeper. Please read "Hello Rocky [ˈrɑːki]/[ˈrɒki]" aloud
according to the correct English pronunciation, no matter what your native language is.

The gray boxes are speech rate and pause requirements. You do not need to read them out.
Before each recording, please pay attention to the recording speed requirement.
As well, after you read the first "hello rocky" sentence, you need to pause for 2 seconds before
reading the next sentence. (Please count to 2 seconds in your head, you don't need to read the
words in the grey box)

The yellow circle indicates the re-record button, which you can click to re-record when you read it
wrong.
The yellow box indicates the button to start recording.

Blue circles indicate jump to the previous entry.

A blue box indicates a skip to the next entry.

The green box indicates that when you are done recording you can click to listen to the sound
you have recorded.
