Stream platforms have recognized how we link to media in this digital age where we
spend most of our time using these platforms. There are a lot of companies including
Netflix, YouTube, and many more. However, these platforms are a source of fun and
amusement even with different characteristics like content, business model targeted
users or others. This paper labels the property of YouTube versus Netflix and considers
the two as major famous platforms in media history.

For instance, there are many movies and television series below the name of Netflix
that have more than a thousand items in different categories. At the same time, the
company spends a lot of money on its programs such as many famous series. YouTube
is a free video site anyone can use. Therefore, an infinite difference in backgrounds

download materials without any charges. However, Netflix provides professional content
with an exclusive collection of movies, television series, documentary, and original
stories. Subscription-based mode ensures ad-free viewing experience and offers some
premium content which are usually of outstanding quality. The easy to watch streaming
experience focusing on originals has created a faithful audience that is fond of binge
watching and different genres. However, each of these technologies has its advantages
in addressing specific needs and market segments. You tube has uniqueness as it
brings together many varieties of people and this appeals to those that like user
generated content as well as sense of community. However, Netflix targets those that
value well-produced materials, unique programs, and smooth streaming services. In
summary, the decision whether to use YouTube or Netflix will be based on an
individual’s tastes and requirements. Others may like the independence and freedom of
choice in YouTube, on the other hand, they may like the premium selection with good
programming in Netflix. Two revolutions in the area of entertainment are happening
nowadays and they provide us with countless alternatives for watching something. The
