‘ENKAY’ OVEN
The apparatus is double walled, with exterior of mild steel sheet duly
treated with anti-rust coating, with super white powder coated enamel paint
on the exterior.
The heating elements are beaded placed in the ribs at the bottom and inside
ensuring uniform heating throughout the interior of the oven.

Place the Hot Air Oven on a leveled, raised, solid surface preferably on a
table/Platform about 2½ feet from ground level for easy operation and clear
visibility.
Switch ON the Mains of the oven for the indicating lamp to glow.
Ensure that the air vents on the exterior sides of the oven walls are closed
to prevent thermal loss.
The Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller is for achieving the and
maintaining the desired temperature to a close accuracy of +/- 0.1 oC.
B. TEMPERATURE SETTING
To set the desired temperature, press the SET Button and Upward
Arrow Key, till the temperature, close to the desired one is indicated
on the digital display and press the SET Button once again.
F. When the heat inside the oven is reduced, the Digital Temperature
Indicator cum Controller starts automatically and automatically
switches off when the set temperature is reached.
G. When the oven is switched ON, the blower starts on its own, and
circulates the air inside the chamber uniformly for the maintenance of
uniform temperature throughout the inside chamber.
IMPORTANT
While taking out the specimen from the oven, in hot form, please do not use
any a sharp implement. Lift the sample with a pair of tongs.
When required to switch OFF the oven for a long period, open the air vents
on the sidewalls of the oven, for the heat to dissipate faster.
When the heating is ON, please do not open the door frequently, unless
otherwise required, to prevent thermal dissipation.
