Since 2017, we embody our belief of empowerment through transmission with WOMEN@DIOR, an Education & Mentoring program empowering
women in their 20’s to enter the professional world with the skills, confidence, and ambition to succeed and fight the glass ceiling. This program is

THE MENTORSHIP

The Mentee/Mentor relationship is the core component of our program, and we see
mentorship as a way for them to build together a unique, supportive, and virtuous
dialogue celebrating the transmission of knowledge to create a more responsible future.
To streamline communication and the pairing process, we have implemented a tool
called Mentorloop.

A centralized platform that helps Mentors
and Mentees connect, maximize their
interactions, and set mentorship goals.

Through assessments, participants identify


their strengths in professional relationships
and projects, allowing us to pair individuals
with similar profiles for more effective
mentoring relationships

DREAM FOR CHANGE PROJECT

The Dream for Change project by Women@Dior embodies our


commitment to driving positive transformation. Through this initiative,
we empower women to envision and create impactful change in their
communities.

Mentees will concretely apply the knowledge acquired from the


courses, inspiring interviews, and mentorship, Mentees will imagine,
build, and start implementing a social entrepreneurship project that
creates tangible positive impact for young women.

We support them in this journey with an Entrepreneurship Ideation


Masterclass and coaching sessions by Meriem Belqziz and Anne
Michaut, two experts of entrepreneurship, impact programs, and
project pitching.

SISTERHOOD ABROAD GREEN CRAFT ACADEMY

In 2022, 32,000 women applied for asylum in Green Craft Academy empowers Tanzanian teenage
France with 30% of them under 30 years old. girls who are school dropouts to start their eco-
responsible businesses.
Sisterhood Abroad is a support network for
migrant women connecting them with local They develop sustainable vocational skills through

UNESCO & WOMEN@DIOR GLOBAL CONFERENCE

The Global Conference serves as the culmination of the Women@Dior program, providing a platform to present the Dream for Change
projects. This event fosters empowerment by showcasing women's visionary initiatives aimed at creating positive impact. Through
collaboration and shared insights, the conference amplifies the spirit of empowerment and community, driving change on a global scale

tailor-made experiences that embrace each region's unique
