    LG HVAC SOLUTION WATER COOLED SCREW CHILLER:

    Standard conditions:
    Entering / leaving chilled water temperature is 12/ 7 °C (53.6 / 44.6 °F).
    Entering / leaving cooling water temperature is 32/ 37 °C (89.6 / 98.6 °F).
    ➢ Selecting the model RCWWO22CA2A which has the following:
    cc = 713 kw
    power = 147.07 kw
    cop = 4.8
    Assuming the following data:
    Tchilled water = 7 °C & ∆Te= 5 °C
    Tcondenser = 37 °C & ∆Tc= 10 °C

    ✓ Therefore
    Tevaporator = 7-5=2 °C
    Tcondenser = 37+10 = 47 °C

    ✓ From chart R134a


    h1= 399 kw/kg
    h2=425 kw/kg
    h3=h4=270 kw/kg

    ✓ Calculations:
    ṁ=cc/(h1- h4)= 5.48 kg/s
    power= ṁ*( h2- h1)= 137.12 kw
    cop= cc/power= 5.2
