Context & Scenario before you approach the assignment solution:
● Let's consider that - Crio has a monthly active paid learner base of 1000 users now and
has plans to scale it to 10,000 learners in the coming months.

● Crio provides project based learning for learners and while developers are going through
the projects, we provide mentoring with the help of our Expert Mentor Network which
consists of Teaching Assistants and Lead Mentors who work in industry.
● The mentoring happens over a slack in specified time (also referred to mentoring slots)
● 7 days data for mentoring requests over a slack is given here:

● Note-Productivity of a Teaching Assistant to solve a slack query is = 10 queries per
hour.
