Bodmas
When we have a combination of
complex question, which is a
addition,
subtraction, multiplication and division, we follow a particular r
order:
wefirst
open the brackets, of, division, followed by multiplication, additionn
andthen
subtraction. This process is termed as simplification through
BODMAS.

Next, we divide, writing the rest of the expression as it is.

Binod sells his furniture for a price that is more than the cost of making the

Profit

It costs him 765 to make a table. He sells it for 900.

Here, 765 is the cost price (C.P) of the table.
2900is the selling price (S.P.) of the table.
The value of selling price is more than the
cost prices
therefore, Binod earns some money from
it. The
G difference between sellingprice and cost price is called
profit.

Selling price =7900 Cost price= 765

Profit = Selling price - Cost price= 900- 765 =R135
Therefore, Binod earns a profit of 135 on each table he sells.
S.P. - C.P. = Profit =S.P.- Profit
