• RGM – Pricing Analytics : Successfully led an analytics team of 4 individuals from Brazil Commercial Analytics team for one of
the world's largest CPG firm. Established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objective and Key Results (OKR) by creating
and analysing Purchase Structure (PS) , Switching Matrix (SM) and Price Premiumization Index (PPI) through Nielsen and
Scan Track Dataset. Liaised with technical team to automate the process of Purchase Structure and Switching Matrix.
• Price Value Simulation (PVP) Simulator : Forecast the impact of promotional pricing as well as regular price changes for short-
term as well as long-term. Built the whole process of input data required for the data team to extract the Price Elasticity (PE)
results. Collaborated with the data team to build a tool which included Pricing, Promotion Dashboards, PVP, and What-if tool.
• RGM Descriptive Analytics : Developed Pricing Strategies for the Largest Breakfast Company to gain profitability without losing
out market share (Pricing, PPA, Promotion, Assortment). Identified Whitespace Opportunity, PPK Equation Opportunity and
Share Gain Opportunity. Created Assortment tool to ensure sufficient penetration of important portfolio across different
customer clusters.
• Pricing and Promotion – Alarms Call to Action (CTA) : Developed the idea behind designing the Call To Action Beagle tool and
supervised the designing team for the wireframe design. Researched and developed the initial Alert Types for the client.
Analyzed the UI design for the tool - Beagle (available at Microsoft Teams). Worked with the QA team for business test cases
and develop the business rule logics and Instances. As Scrum Master, conducted daily scrum calls with different teams and
maintain Jira and Azure DevOps board. Developed 8 different Alerts such as Market Share Alert, Distribution, New Product,
Public Price, Invoice Price etc. for the user using Nielsen, Scan Track, Scanner, Price Track, Sell-In and Promo grid data.

• Part of an analytics driven team which caters to healthcare clients. This included reporting in Excel and Power BI, Database
designing using SQL, platforms like Hive for data manipulation purpose & scorecards in Excel using VBA.
• Sales Force sizing and Alignment : Performed sales force sizing and territory designing for a New Product to affordably
capture ~90% of total sales. Applied analytical methods to assess business impacts and researched the market to find out key

optimizer (JTD) to promote sales of pharmaceutical clients.
• Pipeline and Product Launch Strategy - Short Term Forecasting : Developed pre and post launch cross functional Tool to
enable first entry in the market. Mergers and Acquisitions : Due Diligence : Supported Client in Commercial Diligence of a
Target company focused on the revenue potential of Target's lead asset. Designed Forecasting Models using Patient Flow
and Patient Based techniques leveraging secondary data and conducting primary research in Rare Disease Drugs, Conjoint
Studies to perform Competitive Analysis and Due Diligence. Created an In-House Excel based tool to track Pre-Launch and
Post-Launch activities, this tool helped clients to stay on track with Product launch initiatives and understand how different
operations are linked to the wider process.
• Data Pipeline Automation : Analysed and extracted relevant data through AWS for backend team to provide end to end data
contracts solutions for a specialized app development team.
