• Led marketing insights projects investigating customer spend behavior within retail and travel industries. Key responsibilites
included determining key business questions to be answered, coding the data pull, cra�ing a story and visualizing the data,
presenting high-level insights to the marketing team, and fielding follow-up questions or requests for additonal data
• Developed a Tableau dashboard to track customer spend behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. Developed a recovery
leading indicator category (consis�ng of restaurant, apparel, and other discre�onary spend categories) to help track how
customer spend is changing over �me as ci�es and states implement, li�, or alter lockdown and social distancing restric�ons
• Automated a repor�ng process so that analyst involvement decreased from one hour per report to virtually no hands-on
�me outside of typical data quality checks. Data pull code was improved to automa�cally iden�fy new data to be appended,
and code was scheduled to run on a weekly cadence through Linux crontab. Final Tableau dashboard was placed on Tableau
Server and its underlying data extract was scheduled to refresh weekly to match the data refreshes

• Led team of five analysts to deliver 100+ retailer-specific insights on seasonal spend behavior (e.g. Black Friday,
Back-to-School). Evaluated year-over-year changes in spend and trips, online vs offline behavior, and lost spend opportunity
• Conducted test vs control analyses by withholding 5-15% control groups for campaigns run on the Cardly�cs network in
order to quan�fy return on adver�sing spend or cost per incremental acquisi�on
• Forecasted campaign performance for both new and exis�ng adver�sers by leveraging historical campaign performance in
