Managed the offer intake, timeline accountability, and final analysis for the Black Friday circular for 2012 which

Accomplishments:
o Established custom methodology to determine circular incrementality for events that run outside of
standard Sunday to Saturday time. This is the first robust data developed to deliver incrementality
information on 2 Day, 4 Day and mid-week circulars.
o Wrote a SAS program that allowed for data driven ad space planning in the grocery, health, and beauty
businesses

within the current Target systems a first for mass retailers
Led user interface review and focus group sessions to yield prioritization of tool functionality and reporting
preferences by our end state clients

to maximize purchase conversion

o Optimized 23 product categories with a total company projection of $2.9M in top line growth
o Developed a strategy for utilizing category level assortment incrementality reporting to provide more
