Principal Product Manager - Data Platform
Global Product Owner for all company business entity data and attributes (>203M records), utilized
in all ZI customer platforms: web applications, APIs, and batch data (off-line and available in
Snowflake and BQ/GCP) and ZI’s Business Intelligence and Reporting. Managed introduction of
new data pipeline and ETL processing of company data for the overall data supply chain. Developed
and implemented product strategy based upon data analysis efforts and customer-driven requirements
while managing product backlog and a dedicated Scrum team for all functionality improvements and
data maintenance activities.
Lead with Data Science team, updates, and improvements to ML-driven data models (integrated with
external and internal data sources) used in data pipeline and ETL profilers for business attribute
estimations and scores to achieve data fill rates of 100% and improve data accuracy.
Responsible for cross-team integration of new data attributes and overall updates throughout ZI
platforms, external customer, and internal stakeholder feedback, UAT, and customer updates via
Product Marketing.
Senior Product Director – Master Data Solutions - Global Sales & Marketing Products
Led digital product team owning a portfolio of batch B2B data and SaaS products totalling ~$300M
annual revenue, comprised of sales/marketing data, 3rd party data and entity management services
utilized in big data and analytics.
Directed product and operations strategy, development and execution, product roadmaps, business
requirements, pricing, customer revenue analysis, investment business cases, and overall pipeline
management and forecasting.
Grew product overall portfolio revenue (including legacy bulk data and SaaS products) at >10%/yr.
over four years.
Engaged direct sales channels and indirect business partners to understand core markets, user
personas, and key capabilities, and identified whitespace business development opportunities while
leveraging core D&B data assets and partner/third party technologies to develop solutions.

both SaaS and API data products moving away from pricing based on number of records and
transactional calls to pricing based upon customer use cases, integrations, and value realized.
