8D7N HOCHIMINH CITY – HO TRAM


Ho Chi Minh City is the big tourism center in Vietnam, attracting a large of visitors to Vietnam.
Ho Chi Minh City has various attractions as Ho Chi Minh Museum, formerly known as Dragon
House Wharf, Cu Chi Tunnels, system of museums, theatres, cultural houses... Recently, many
tourist areas are invested such as Thanh Da, Binh Quoi Village, Dam Sen Park, Saigon Water
Park, Suoi Tien, Ky Hoa..., which draw numerous tourists.

Enjoy Ho Tram beach, only a few hours from Ho Chi Minh away this beautiful and tranquil beach
offers the perfect getaway from the city

DAY 1 (16 FEB): CU CHI TUNNELS (L)

Our tour guide and driver pick you up at your hotel then we transfer to visit Cu Chi Tunnels.
Before entering allotted areas of Cu Chi Tunnels, watch an introductory video which is an
overview of the tunnel system’s history and Vietnamese’s life during the hard time of war.

Climb down small tunnels to get amazing experiences and blow your mind when special
constructed living areas and martial facilities of Viet Cong appear in front of your eyes. It will
be great to know the system of tunnels – a subterranean village where there are bedrooms,
kitchens, field hospitals, command centers, weapons factories, and storage. Moreover, taste
special tea and cassava – the common food of Vietnamese guerillas in the past. Take your
break time to try the real shooting gun (your own cost) or just relax as you wish. Lunch at
local restaurant. And back to hotel in the afternoon.

DAY 2 (17 FEB): HOCHIMINH HALF DAY CITY TOUR ()

After breakfast around 8.00am, we will pick you up and start the city tour.

The first place to visit in the tour will be the Reunification Palace, which was the former
residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of the war in April 1975. After
Reunification Palace, you can walk to see some French colonial structures including Notre
Dame Cathedral, the Old Central Post Office.

Then continue to visit War Remnants Museum where there is a vast display of the both the
Indochina wars. In courtyard massive military vehicles are for exhibition as well as tiger
cages for the visitor to get a feel on how it was to be a prisoner during wartime. In the
museum building itself, each floor will represent a separate theme from the war and the war
crimes committed towards the Vietnamese people.

DAY 3 (18 FEB): HO CHI MINH – TAY NINH (L)

About 90 km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City in Tay Ninh, you will find one of the most special
temples in Vietnam. The Cao Dai temple complex is the sacred building of a religion that has
not been around for very long. The faith originated in Tay Ninh around the year 1926 and
gained its followers mainly in South Vietnam. Nowadays you can also find Cao Dai temples in
the United States and other countries. You will also come across a Cao Dai temple more than
once in other cities, especially in the south of Vietnam.

Then continue to Black Virgin mountain the highest peak in Southern Vietnam at 986m above
the sea level. Here’s a large reclining Buddha statue, and many pleasant paths to explore. It’s
possible to hike up the mountain to the pagoda in about an hour, but the newly built cable car
is a much less sweaty way to get to it. Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh in the late afternoon.

DAY 4 (19 FEB): HOP ON HOP OFF SAIGON – DINNER ON SAIGON RIVER CRUISE (D)

ONE HOUR SIGHTSEEING HO CHI MINH CITY: One loop around Ho Chi Minh City by night
on an open-top double-decker bus

Departure times: from 16h00

The trip starts at 92 – 96 Nguyen Hue Street and takes you to visit beautiful Saigon City by
night on an open-top double-decker bus.

The bus will go around the city without stopping, going through 20 top attractions such as
City Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, Ba Son Bridge, Bitexco Financial Tower,
Bach Dang Pier, Majestic Hotel…. End your bus tour at Nguyen Hue Walking Street.

Then our driver will pick you up at 5pm for dinner on Saigon river cruise.

DAY 5 (20 FEB): HO CHI MINH – HO TRAM RESORT

Our driver will pick you up at 11am and transfer to Ho Tram, check in resort around 2pm
and free time

DAY 8 (23 FEB): HO TRAM – HO CHI MINH DEPARTURE (B)

This morning after breakfast, check out hotel and transfer to Tan Son Nhat airport for your
flight back.
