IMPROVE YOUR HEALTH

A: Health is very important to us so today, we are going to discuss about the way to improve our heath.

A: For me, one of activities can help you have good healthy is rock climbing. It’s a challenging activity
which is fun to try and learn new skill. It’s also outdoor activity can helps keep you fit. Do you agree?

B: I agree with you up to a point, but I think rock climbing is really dangerous, unexpected incident and
must depend on the weather. Going to the gym is not bad idea, it will help you get fit, become stronger
and you will look healthier.

A: that’s a good idea. But maybe it’s not suitable for a group like us and it needs a trainer to practice so I
think swimming is a better choice to do. The weather at SG is so hot right now so we can go swimming
to cool off. Besides that, swimming can makes you physically stronger and fitter and you can have a
gorgeous body in the future.

B: Not really, because you won’t be able to do group of friend and you do not socialize with friend
around. I think we will playing a sport, like have playing basketball, it will help join a team, make new
friend and help us connect with each other.

A: I disagree with this. It’s take up a lot of time and mistake can lead to some pretty bad ijures. I think it
would be much better to do somethinh else such cooking. We can learn about new food and use fresh
ingredients to cook healthy food. Health can also be improved in this way. What do you think?

B: That’s right, but I think it really expensive and not suitable for the common taste. I think dancing or
walking the dog would be both relaxing and lots of fun. What do you think?

A: I agree 100% about walking the dog. Although it is all activity that can be joined in a group indoor, but
if we walking the dog, we can visit many places and see many beautiful sights.

B: That’s true so I think we agree that walking the dog is the best choice.

A: Definitely
