Re: WEARING OF COMPLETE SCHOOL UNIFORM

Pax!

I would like to take a moment to remind all college students of our school uniform policy. The
uniform is integral to our school's identity and helps create a sense of unity and pride among our
student body.

As we progress through the academic year, it is essential that we maintain the standards of our school
uniform. Page 57 of the Student Manual of Information states that:

The complete school uniform is required for entry into the campus and must be worn while
the student is within the school premises. Students are not allowed to enter the campus in
civilian clothes or incomplete uniform except on designated civilian days and/or with
permission from the Dean of Student Affairs (DSA). A student who violates the uniform policy
will be asked to surrender their ID card to those authorized to confiscate the ID cards. The said
ID cards may only be retrieved from the SAO.

With this, we will start issuing offenses to those students who violate our uniform policy beginning
October 18, 2023, except for 1st-year students who do not have their uniform from our supplier and
with an updated uniform exemption slip from the Student Affairs Office. Administrators, faculty
members, other employees or persons hired by the Institution, and Student Council officers, student
organization officers, and class representatives are considered persons in authority who are duty-bound
to enforce school rules and regulations and are authorized to confiscate the ID cards of students who
violate our uniform policy. We will no longer give verbal warnings as we did in the past months.

Remember that adhering to the school uniform policy reflects your commitment to our institution's
values. It also fosters a positive and respectful learning environment for everyone.

I appreciate your cooperation in maintaining our school's standards. Let's continue working together
to make this academic year successful and memorable.

Thank you very much.
