hello my name is nur syaliana binti zaim and i'm
turning 19 years old this 20 july. i was born in
pulau pinang the state that has a lot of delicious
food. my parent's name is latipah binti zaharia and
zaim bin adamawi. i am very interested at things
that related to business and also photography.
my hobby is hiking. my favourite subject is
mgt162 or known as fundamentals of management.

IN CHAPTER 8, COMMUNICATION. I
LEARNED ABOUT THE
COMMUNICATION PROCESS WHICH
START WITH SENDER AND END
WITH RECEIVER. I ALSO LEARNED
TWO TYPES OF COMMUNICATION IN
ORGANIZATIONS. FIRST IS FORMAL
COMMUNICATION AND THE SECOND
ONE IS GRAPEVINES OR INFORMAL
COMMUNICATION. LASTLY, I ABLE
TO KNOW THE BARRIERS OF
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND
HOW TO OVERCOME THEM.
IN TOPIC 9, QUALITY I
LEARNED
THE DEFINITION OF QUALITY
AND TOTAL QUALITY
MANAGEMENT( TQM ). NEXT, I
GET TO KNOW EIGHT
DIMENSIONS OF QUALITY AND
THE IMPORTANCE OF QUALITY.
I ALSO MANAGE TO KNOW WHAT
TOOLS THAT MANAGER CAN USE
IN ORDER TO IMPROVING THE
QUALITY. LAST, I LAERNED THE
PROBLEM IN IMPLEMENTING
TQM.
