How to access Learner’s Grades

1. Open any browser from your mobile phone, tablet, laptop or computer https://www.perpetualdalta.edu.ph

2. Click online services

3. Click Grade Inquiry
4. For new users, temporarily use the student ID number as your username and password including the dash.

For example: 10-1345-689

Click SIGN IN
5. Create or Change New Login and Password

Note: Login ID must start with UPHLA as provided with the example

Click SIGN IN
You will now see the personal page of the student.
6. To view Students Account > Click Ledger
