For the protection of the people involved in production as well as their families, GMA Network, Inc. (GMA) will be
implementing the attached Remote Location Taping Guidelines (“Guidelines”) for the shoot of the program ASAWA NG
ASAWA KO from NOVEMBER 13 TO 20, 2023 in LAIYA WHITE COVE BEACH RESORT at 112 BRGY. LAIYA APLYA, SAN
JUAN, BATANGAS.

Pursuant to the Guidelines, workers such as yourself who will be involved in the shoot will be required to observe the
following work arrangement:

a. Stay in an accommodation provided by production (“Locked-in”) for the entirety of the period mentioned above.
b. During the locked-In period, you may only leave the premises of your assigned hotel for the purpose of the shoot.
c. You will be allowed rest days, which will be unpaid as you will not be required to render work, but such rest period
will have to be spent within the premises of your assigned hotel and you agree to strictly follow the Remote Taping
Guidelines and Safety Protocols set by the Network at all times.
d. No Alcohol Beverages during lock-in period

If you are amenable to the above work arrangement and agree to strictly comply kindly affix your signature on the
space provided below.

Upon your conformity, this agreement will supplement your Agreement/Contract with GMA and any violation hereof will
warrant the imposition of the corresponding penalty, as determined by GMA.
