NON-VOICE PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into on this ____ day of ________,2018, by and between:
E-Precision Contact Solution and ___________________________, of legal age, Filipino
residing at ____________________________________________.

The Employee and the Employer wish to enter into an employment agreement governing the
terms and conditions of employment;

THIS AGREEMENT in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants and agreements
outlined in this document, it is agreed by and between the parties as follows:

Performance

Is one of the most vital and surefire ways to continually grow a successful company.
Maintaining a consistent level of service is essential, ensuring that clients always
receive and expect high standards from us.
- An employee must always reach their campaign/accounts quota individually and as a
team.
- An employee should be flexible to different schedule, accounts and task.
- For every QC reject Fines; 100 php.
- Accumulated DNC fines will be divided to all agents who weren't able to meet the
80% accuracy.
- The employee is required to pay all QC Reject and DNC Fines accumulated within
the cut off during the scheduled pay out days.
- E-Precision Contact Solution allows the employee to pay all QC Reject and DNC
Fines in full-payment or installment per cut off.

I HEREBY AGREE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE E-PRECISION POLICY
