2. ISL then presented the first stage of the recommissioning, emphasizing the need to
revise the report to incorporate modifications and deliverables outlined in the
agreement.

3. ISL shared that the current RO recovery stands at 37%, but there are contradictions in
the proposed recovery outlined in the initial proposal (ENEC).

4. WPC indicated the necessity for a higher recovery rate. ISL responded by stating that
the current design cannot achieve the desired recovery and proposed changing the
design, including replacing pump housings and membrane elements.

5. Both parties agreed to explore designs from Torey, FilmTec, and a Swiss company. ISL
showcased a new design by Torray for a pharmaceutical company.

6. Discussion included documentation and payment issues, with ISL agreeing to a 50%
reduction in testing of first month.

this occurred in the first month but assured that it would not continue from the second
month onwards.

8. ISL committed to submitting documents according to addendums with proper approval

from ISL officers.

9. The UASB commissioning stages road map presented by ISL suggested UASB
cleaning and pre-treatment activation. WPC agreed to clean the primary settling tank
using a cutter pump.

10. UASB cleaning was deemed feasible once the leachate flow rate decreased below
75m3/d.
11. ISL emphasized the need for the operation management of LTS to transition from WPC
to ISL, as per the addendum, after six months, following the recommissioning
according to the principal agreement.

12. The TDS level of treated water leachate, as indicated in the principal agreement, should
be changed to <1000 from <150 due to the standard maintenance in treated water
quality.

13. WPC requested recommendations from ISL regarding the LTS proposal of the Chinese
party and its deliverables. ISL agreed to communicate this through email.

14. ISL brought attention to the grit chamber failure and the necessity for an oil trap. WPC
acknowledged the issue and agreed to investigate.

15. ISL confirmed the initiation of a trial run for pretreatment starting this week.
