Note: Testing fee payable will be as per clause 30.13 of KERCConditions of Supply.
Consumer has to pay the testing fee directly to the Electrical Inspector.
 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Application should be filled up in Block letters only

2. This requisition has to be filled up by the Consumer and submitted to the AEE of the
concerned Sub Divisional Office

3. Affix your signature compulsorily

4. Consumer has to pay the meter testing charges directly to the Jurisdictional Electrical
Inspector.

s. Charges per Meter for testing of meter at the instance of the Consumer (Either
belonging to the licensee or to the Consumer) shall be as follows:

a) Domestic/ Non-Commercial lighting / Non-Commercial Rs.I00/-

combined lighting & heating (AEH) / Commercial lighting
installations
b) Any other LT installations Rs.200/-
c) All HT installations Rs.SOO/-
