JUDUL: PROSEDUR SURVEY KEPUASAN KARYAWAN

1. OBJECTIVE / TUJUAN

To assess employee satisfaction at work and to know the employee's assessment of the
policies that have been implemented by the management.

Untuk menilai kepuasan karyawan dalam bekerja serta mengetahui penilaian karyawan
terhadap kebijakan yang telah diterapkan oleh pihak manajemen.

2. SCOPE/CAKUPAN

All company employees.

Seluruh karyawan perusahaan.

3. DOCUMENT/DOKUMEN

Employee survey questionnaire on company policies.

Angket survei karyawan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan.

4. PROCEDURE/PROSEDUR

4.1 HRD
HRD menyiapkan dan menyebarkan form survei kepuasan karyawan
tahunan.
Employees fill out, assess and give comments

Karyawan mengisi, menilai dan memberi komentar
Kepala Departemen, HRD
pada form survei kepuasan karyawan tahunan.
HRD takes the form of an annual employee satisfaction survey
of all employees collected by each department head.
4.3 HRD mengambil form survei kepuasan karyawan tahunan dari semua HRD
Karyawan yang dikumpulkan oleh masing-masing kepala
departement.
