Dese Crew Management is duly certified by Phoenix Register Class for MLC-2006 and ISO 9001:2015.
According to Ukrainian Maritime Authority , crew management companies must have a licence which is
approved by the Ministry of Ukraine. Agencies that do not have this certificate are not an official
institution and work illegally. As a Dese Crew Management , we have our licence which is approved by
the Ministry of Ukraine.

Our activities are mainly focused on crew management for all type of vessels such as merchant fleet
vessels and offshore vessels. 7/24 our employees are engaged in the selection of crew for our clients.
