ZEERA BISCUITS

Ajza:
-Nurpur Butter unsalted � Cup (125g)
-Sugar powdered � Cup
-namak � tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) � tsp
-Baking powder � tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted (channa hua) 2 Cups
-Zeera (Cumin seeds)

Directions:
-Bowl mein makhan aur cheeni dal dein aur creamy ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker
lein.
- salt,zeera,baking powder aur anday dal ker ache tarhan beat karein.
-Maida dal ker gently mix karein,dough ko akhatha ker lein aur hatho ki madad sa
ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko 2 portions mein divide ker lein,ek portion lein aur smooth ball bana
lein.
-Clear plastic sheet rakh dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Zeera chirak dein aur gently roll ker lein.
-2-inch round cutter (coated with all-purpose flour) ki madad sa rounnd dough cut
ker lein aur baking tray lined with butter paper per rakh dein (makes 35-36). cup
ya kisi or cheez sa bhi cut kar skty hain.
Option # 1: Oven Baking
-Preheated oven mein 170C per 25 minutes k liya bake ker lein (on both grills).
Option # 2: Pot Baking
-Pot mein steam stand/wire rack rakh dein ys koi bhi bartan rakhlein aur dhak ker
darmiyani ancch per 10 minutes kliya preheat ker lein. you can also use salt while
preheating the pot
-18-20 minutes kliya halki ancch per pot bake ker lein.

NAMAK PARAY

Ajza:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) � tbs or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed � tbs
-Ghee 4 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Ghee melted 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-Bowl mein maida,namak aur zeera dal ker mix karein.
-Ghee dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein. crumble matlab jub
ap maida hath main uthai to wo jura hua mehssos ho or dabany py toot jai.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein ghond ker hard douh tayyar ker lein aur dhak
ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Prepare Namak Paray:
-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein phir dough ko 3 parts mein divide ker
lein.
-Ek piece lein aur ball bana lein phir rolling pin ki madad sa bail leun aur small
diamond shape mein cutter ki madad sa cut ker lein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown
hunay tak fry ker lein.

Tea Time almond cake

Ajza

Maida. 2 cups
Eggs. 3(room temperature)
Sugar 1cup
Oil 3/4 cup
Baking powder 3tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
For buttermilk:
Milk. 1 cup
Vinegar 1tblsp

For cake batter:

eggs or sugar ko achi tarha mix karein jub tak k sugar bilkul hal na ho jai us k bd
is main oil add kr k 20 to 30 sec tak beat kr lein phir us main buttermilk add kr
k 1 minute tak achi tarha beat krein phir is main vanilla essence or baking powder
daal kr halka halka beat krein phir thora thora maida shamil kr k beat karein sara
ek sath shamil karny sa gutliya ban sakti hain jub sab axy sa mix ho jai to ek 8
inch k cake pan la us ko achi tarha oil sa brush krein phir butter paper lein usy
bhi axi tarha sa brush kr ky pan main rakhy pan k side ko bhi axi tarha ander sa
brush karna zarori ha phir batter daal dein or is ek do bar tap kr dein ta k pan
main kisi bhi jagah hawa na rahay or pan kahi sa bhi khali na ho oper sa spoon ki
madad sa batter smooth kr lein fr 40 sa 45 minute k liyi bake karein preheated
bartan main
Jam glaze: jam ka sheera
Add 3 tblsp jam and 1/ 2 cup water and cook for 2- 3 min on low heat ??
When the cake is baked than glaze the cake with jam glaze and decorate almonds .
