At the end of last year, near my house there was a new gym opened. Because it is a
new facility in California, within 1 week it has attracted countless customers. The
neighborhood where I live has since become busier and more crowded. I didn't get
there until last weekend. When I stepped inside, there was a large gym, divided
into two areas, one of which is the body-building area with a wide range of weight-
training machines. There’re also dumbbells and barbells of different weights for
advanced bodybuilders. There're also a row of treadmills with which you can burn
calories, and also elliptical trainers that protects your knees if you don't feel like
using a treadmill. I was told that each member would be given full training in how
to operate the equipment and there's always a trainer on duty to offer. In addition,
they also link to a swimming pool nearby. In addition to training here, members
can alternate swimming lessons for free. It was such a great combination, so I
decided to apply for a training pass. Around my house are streets selling food, so
having a gym is a blessing.
Which sports do you think are best for people who aren’t used to physical activity?
For people who aren’t used to physical activity, there are lot of sports suitable to
them. I think people like this should avoid strenuous exercise so things like circuit
training are definitely out of the question , maybe just going for a walk every day,
or swimming is always a good way to get started
