2000-3000pcs/h Magnum
WORKING TABLE, which is fully stainless steel. All working stations for
producing ice cream requested by the customer are contained. Including: one
set of vertical extruder station and cutting, one set of stick inset station, one set
of hammer station and one set of washing system for trays with cleaning brush
and motor.
One sets of vertical mould extruder with single heated wire cutting, and two
stick insert stations.One vertical stick type ice cream, shapes and dimension of
ice cream are as per the customer’s requirements.
FROZON TUNNEL
Fronzon Tunnel is entirely built in stainless steel 304, including the tunnel
frame, chain. All parts of tunnel is designed and built according to new and
advanced technology. The frame is built which can bear highest dilatation. The
whole tunnel is totally 5 layers, each layer is one spring for adjust the tension
of the chain’s thermal dilatation. Also, the whole system is equipped with
emergency stop device whenever any problem occurred on the
tunnel or chain. Equip one set of stainless steel plates for stick ice cream
COLD STORAGE
Cold Storage is built with 150mm thickness high density polyurethane
sandwich panels, with double sides covered by stainless steel, the ground
panel is covered by whole stainless steel sheet with water drainage hole.
Door of the storage is designed for easy inspection.
The whole storage is on one iron channel.
Inside on above the tunnel are two stainless steel
Evaporators, it’s for connecting to the refrigerant system.
Rotbot Hand System is equipped for picking up stick ice cream out from the
frozen tunnel for coating chocolate and put ice cream on packing machine for
ice cream wrapped automatically. The robot hand is also controlled by
computer to make it sync with the whole production line. One chocolate tank is
included.
