I. Đại từ “it” để chỉ khoảng cách.
- Chúng ta sử dụng đại từ “it” làm chủ ngữ của câu để chỉ khoảng cách.
- Cấu trúc: It is + (about) khoảng cách + from place 1 + to place 2.
(Khoảng bao xa từ địa điểm 1 đến địa điểm 2)
- Ví dụ: It is about 300 metres from my house to the bus stop.
(Khoảng 300 mét từ nhà tôi đến trạm xe buýt.)
II. should/ shouldn’t
Chúng ta sử dụng should (nên) và dạng phủ định là shouldn’t (không nên). Sau should/ shouldn’t là động
từ dạng nguyên thể.
- để đưa ra lời khuyên
Ví dụ: You shouldn’t go out late at night.
(Bạn không nên đi chơi muộn về đêm.)
- để nói rằng điều gì là đúng đắn hoặc tốt nhất để làm.
Ví dụ: We should go now, or we might get stuck in a traffic jam.
(Chúng ta nên đi bây giờ, hoặc chúng ta có thể bị tắc đường.)
