ABSTRACT
This research seeks to reveal the style of conflict management practiced in our
educational institutions by the managers on the basis there are five styles of
conflict management to control the nature of the relation ship between the
director and the teachers this research is divided into two sections theoretical
and field and concludes with an analysis the results and finding and make
appropriate proposals .
