A comprehensive report on:

A visit to the Pragati Maidan Report

As said, every experience makes one grow, and by visiting this

Trade Fair, made my mind grow, the insights and the experience
that I gained by talking to different representatives made me
understand about their values, morals and ethics on how to serve
their customers plus how the actual Human Resource works in
safeguarding the rights of every single person working in and for
the company.

Starting with the GST and Customs Pavillion:

The first company:

Franklin Templeton

Our interaction started with the explanation of the Share

Market and Mutual Funds. The sales department people were
there to give us all the required information about their company
and how they work together in making the customers feel
secured about their money invested.

The interview went well with one representative from the sales
department who enlightened us with the fact that how this
investing company works.

1. Company Culture Showcasing :

Everything was showcased well, the people were divided into the
hierarchy order, when we asked a lot of questions to the
representative who was talking to us, he didn't have much
information about the topic we were interested in, so he asked
his senior to explain the topic. This first shows delegation and
second the customer satisfaction from the enquiry department.

2. Involvement of the Employees:

This was shown properly in their coordination.

Everyone was interested to guide the visitors in any way possible

for their company. They helped us showcase the culture by
sharing their stories, opinions, and recommendations on social
media, online platforms, and referral programs.

3. Alignment of the culture:

The company’s alignment matters with what the company has to

showcase in front of the people investigating the company.
Franklin Templeton is a global investing company, their workforce
even working and explaining everything in that manner.

4. Feedback:

The feedback was taken from us about how and what

improvements to make, though we aren't experienced as them,
still they wanted the younger generation to suggest some changes
in their service. This shows their openness.

The second company:

Hindalco Industries

An industry leader in aluminum and copper, a subsidiary of

Aditya Birla Group showed us the visual representation of how
their company works. The representative was very informative
and made us very clear on our doubts. The kind behavior of
