WE CONFIRM YOU AS UNDER:

1. You are authorized to call for credit report on overseas client if you want, and charges on same may be debited to
our clients account (credit report for payment of $ 100000 and above or equivalent mandatory).
2. We confirmed that the exporter/beneficiary has got no connection to either the OFAC list or has got no connection
with the OFAC countries, if the funds remitted by you as per their request are blocked by any agencies for any reason
whatsoever the entire onus is upon them. They further undertake that they shall claim no amount or damages or alike
from bank upon such instances.

Moreover we also confirm to submit the Exchange Control copy of the Bill of Entry within a
period of not exceeding three months from the date of remittance as per terms of the FEMA
and Reserve Bank of India guidelines.

For any delay in submission of Bill of Entry, you can charge us for follow up as per your Bank
guidelines.
