     To get 20 X 12 carpet area in main area, we need to go with 22 X 14 slab area.

     Similarly open sit-out will be 22 X 8 slab area with flooring

    Main room -308 Square Feet

    Sit Out – 176 Square Feet

    Including 25 X 25 base extended by 3 feet as shown in the picture. 2 Feet below and 2 Feet
    above the ground

    Including studio kitchen platform and one regular wash room
