TUDOMÁNYTERÜLETI ÁTTEKINTÉS REVIEW
BEVEZETÉS
A CSIPERKE-ZÖLDPENÉSZ KÓROKOZÓI
ressivum f. aggressivum-ot nem azonosítottak (LANE 2008). Így nem tudható, hogy
az észak-amerikai biotípus vajon veszélyt jelent-e az Egyesült Királyság gombater-
mesztésére (WOODHALL és mtsai 2009). A T. aggressivum f. aggressivum bekerü-
lése növelné a T. aggressivum faj genetikai diverzitását Európában, és valószínűleg
új, váratlan problémákat okozna az európai gombatermesztőknek. Ennek fennáll a
sivum f. aggressivum (Ta4) mutatnak némi különbséget 25 °C-on, szintetikus, ala-
A feltételezé-
teszi lehetővé a két gomba komposztban történő, párhuzamos növekedését. Az A.
bisporus és a Ta2 szimultán növekedése azelőtt is megfigyelhető, mielőtt a csiperke
micéliuma serkenti a Ta2 konídiumképzését. Amint a konídiumképzés beindul, a
3-metilizokumarint, melynek termelésére in vitro körülmények között a T. aggressi-
A Trichoderma fajok számos olyan extracelluláris, hidrolitikus enzim termelésére
képesek, melyek elbontják a különböző polimereket, melyek ily módon tápanyag-
forrásként szolgálnak. A komposztlakó Trichoderma törzsek extracelluláris β-1,3-
képes a komposzt bizonyos területeit kolonizálni. Amikor a komposztban lévő táp-
