7. What leadership qualities or skills employed by managers/supervisors that you

believe you
will adapt in the development of your own management style? What qualities or
skills, if any,
will you not adapt and why?

8. How has this internship experience impacted your career path or career choice?

a. This internship experience has a significant impact on my career path. Although

it was only a short-term internship of three months, I lived a very fulfilling life
every day, and I felt satisfied when I returned home because I had completed
many tasks. But I also experienced the high-pressure working environment of a
restaurant, especially during busy times. Everyone has to deal with many things
at the same time, and omissions and errors can easily occur. And my personal
personality is more inclined to do things best within a sufficient period of time,
rather than completing everything in a hurry. Therefore, I probably won’t be
engaged in a fast-paced and stressful job like the catering industry in the future.
I would choose to try some design or calculation work.

9. What are your opinions on your evaluation? Do you believe your rating is accurate
based
on your performance? What could you have done better or what do you feel was not
acknowledged in your evaluation?

10. How did your coursework prepare you for the internship? In what ways did
classroom theory differ from what you experienced in the field? How did you apply

report 2
the in-class
knowledge/theory in the business world?

a. The coursework prepared me for the internship. I have done a essay on the
topic of sustainable development in the hotels in Hong Kong.
