SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CHADRIK H. RODRIGUEZ, Filipino, of legal age, resident of Basak, Mandaue City,

do by these presents, hereby name, constitute, and appoint as my Attorney-in-fact, my mother
ELSA H. RODRIGUEZ AND/OR ADRIAN H. RODRIGUEZ, Filipinos, of legal ages and
residents of Basak, Mandaue City, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform
the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:

1. To get an original copy of my OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS from the

University of Cebu – Banilad Campus;

2. To request for the issuance of said document from the University of Cebu – Banilad
Campus;

3. To execute and sign any and all documents necessary for the abovementioned acts
and in pursuance of the above authority;

4. To make the necessary payments that may be required for the aforementioned act;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to all intents and purposes
as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that our said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.

FURTHERMORE GRANTING them my consent and authority to use my electronic

signature as appearing herein with the intention as replacement of my written signature in this
Special Power of Attorney document.
