19 Avenue, Brgy, San Roque, Quezon City do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE
and APPOINT my sister, MARJORIE G.LADO of legal age, Filipino with the
same residence address as my true and legal representative for me, to act for and
in my name and stead and to perform the following acts :

1. To be my representative to act in my behalf and to undertake any and all

transactions with The Institute of Creative Computer Technology (ICCT
College) Cainta Main Campus regarding my request or application for a
authenticated copy of my Graduation Clearance and Transcript of Records for
the school year 2007-2010 for securing the authentication and certification of
said documents with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Department
of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and any related government agencies or institution;

2. To sign and seal, get and obtain and or obtain any and all documents for me
and in my behalf, for all documents necessary for the approval for said
application;

3. To secure and claim my graduation clearance and transcript of records

also to transact with any related government agencies and institution to secure the
claiming of said copies mentioned above and to perform any and all activity that
may be deemed necessary under premises which I may personally do if present;

4. To do whatever acts necessary for the fulfillment of this Special Power of

Attorney.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority

to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the power and
authority of the foregoing, as though they/she/he may have so performed it, and
HEREBY APPROVING ALL that they/she/he may do by virtue hereof with full
right of substitution of their person and revocation of this instrument.
