AUTHORIZATION LETTER

To whom it may concern:

I, ATTY. ALLEN JOY A. TACTAY, of legal age, Filipino citizen with

residence at Omfeg, Bontoc Ili, Bontoc, Mountain Province, hereby
appoint, name and designate DINA CRIZ R. GOLINO, of legal age, also a
Filipino citizen with residence at Omfeg, Bontoc Ili, Bontoc, Mountain
Province as my true and lawful representative to act for and in my name
and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To process the necessary documents needed for the release of my

wage from Mountain Province State Polytechnic College;

2. To sign all necessary documents relative to the accomplishment of

the above stated purpose; and

3. To receive the above-mentioned wage in my stead;

I hereby give and grant unto said representative full power and
authority to execute and perform every act necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do personally if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said representative shall
do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
