Gateway Propmart, a premium real estate consulting firm located in Sector 132, Noida, is
currently seeking Senior Sales Executives/Assistant Sales Managers for employment. With
over a decade of experience in the industry, the company is on a massive growth surge.
Our Managing Director, Mr VK Chhabra, brings more than 35 years of experience to our
organisation. An alumni of DCE(Delhi College of Engineering), he started his career at
Godrej & Boyce, heading the Northern region as General Manager. He was the
Vice-President at GATI (heading Western Zone) before joining the real estate sector with
Jaypee Greens in Noida. Mr Chhabra was the Senior General Manager (Sales & Marketing),
and under his guidance, Jaypee mega project (Jaypee Wish town at Sec 128, Noida) was
launched in 2007. He brings with him Sales & Marketing experience apart from
the exposure of dealing with brokers/builders and clients. Under his aegis, we have
succeeded in bringing customer satisfaction to hundreds of clients in a short span of time.
Working under his able guidance, is our young, energetic and professional team consisting
of MBAs from the best institutes in the country who have worked with MNCs in India.

Qualification & Requirements:


i) Educational Qualification- MBA/PGDM (Only Marketing)
ii) Personal conveyance, Laptop and mobile is compulsory
iii) Dress Code - Formals

Role & Responsibilities:

● Achieving sales target for specified real estate projects


● Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and
● developing opportunities with new customers within assigned
● projects.
● Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieve targets.
● Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of projects,
pricing and new product release launches.
● Report on sales activities to top management
● Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
● Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
● Keeping up to date with projects and competitors.
● Knowledge about respective market and hand on experience in B2C sales
● Ensuring to update lead management portal on a daily basis

Competency Requirements

● Client interaction, selling skills, event planning & management, good product
knowledge, knowledge of sales process and builder coordination,
negotiation skills, customer management skills.
● Behavioral: Team player, networking skill, systematic working and takes initiatives
● Communication: Excellent and Effective communication is required.

● Working days Tuesday to Sunday (6 days), Monday Weekly Off


● Office Timing 10 am to 7:00 pm
