DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ARTS 4

I. OBJECTIVES
After a 40 minutes of discussion, the must be able to:
1. define and identify the sculpture with three-dimensional crafts;
2. Express appreciation by sharing ideas about sculpture with three-
dimensional crafts; and,
3. Build an artwork showcasing the the sculpture with three-dimensional
crafts.

II. SUBJECT MATTER

Topic: Sculpture with three-dimensional crafts

Value: It develops creativity, teamwork and knowledge.

References: K-12 Grade 4 Curriculum Guide and Grade 4 Learner’s Materials


(Arts 4)

Instructional Materials: Power point presentation included pictures and


videos of sculpture with three-dimensional crafts, flashcards of sculpture with
three-dimensional crafts and examples of handmade sculpture with three-
dimensional crafts.

Topic Concept: Sculpture with three-dimensional art form given shape and
brought to life by various materials and many different techniques.

III. TEACHING STRATEGIES

grouped the class in to 7 and each
group will pick the flashcard.

group and you already pick your
flashcards with different figure with it.
Then I will play a music with the
sounds of different figure in your “We are excited Sir!”
flashcards.”

“Class please quite!”

“Listen first.” “Sorry Sir.”

“If you hear the the sound of the


chosen figure that you have, you need
to stand up with your group and act
what figure you picked. Okay?”

“Class are you ready?” “Yes Sir!”

The teacher play the music. (Students enjoying the activity)

“Very good Class!”

“Have you enjoyed the activity, “Yes Sir, I enjoyed it and have fun

4. Motivation

colored paper, then give each
students.

create an artwork using this colored
paper.”

“Okay class, you already have you


colored paper, using that paper we are “Yes Sir!”
going to create a flower, are you
excited?”

“Before that wave you colored paper!”

“Just follow the step and listen
