BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

I am Justine Joseph Ramos Adrales, I am currently


residing at Vista Grande Subdivision, Lumbia,
Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental. I am 22
years old and the oldest among our siblings. Both of
my parents are OFWs. I took Bachelor of Science in
Civil Engineering as my undergraduate course at
Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan. It took me 5
years to finish my course at the said university. At the
moment I am employed as a Project Manager at
Metro Gravel and Sand Construction Inc.
I am a person who is very competitive and organize.
Engr. Justine Joseph R. Adrales In things I do, I made sure that I excel in it- may it be
PRC No: Licensed not yet released small or big things. I also like to be intelectually
challenged especially in real-life situations. I am a
person who doesn't want to be unproductive.
Everyday I made sure that I am doing something that
can enhance my life- may it be intellectual, physical,
or spiritual. I am a person who prefers to be alone
than to be surrounded by unknown people. I find it
hard to communicate to people especially when I do
not know them personally.
The things that I am passionate about are singing,
cooking and photography. I am the song leader at our
church. I also occasionally cook at our house
especially when I am not doing anything. I also took
photos from time to time as my hobby.

John Virgil S. Piscos is a Xavier University - Ateneo


de Cagayan graduate, having a degree of Bachelor of
Science in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the
Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Xavier
University Student Chapter and Unified Students of
the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (USPICE)
since year 2014 and is currently taking up his license
as a Civil Engineer. He is a consistent honor student
in City Central School and have an honorable award
in Misamis Oriental General Comprehensive High
School (MOGCHS).
John Virgil is proficient in engineering design
platforms including AutoCAD and SketchUp, and has
a knowledge on various scientific methods in problem
solving. He is also skilled in material cost estimating
for construction.
John Virgil S. Piscos During his college years, John Virgil participated in
PRC No. civil engineering related workshops and seminars
such as road surveying and lay outing, air quality
monitoring and disaster risks management providing
him with valuable experience and insights.
Outside of academics, John Virgil is a musically
inclined person and also plays guitar. He was a band
vocalist when he was in his high school years.
Traveling, trekking and other adventurous activities
are his preference during his vacant time. He looks
forward in applying his expertise in the future in
helping the community.
Engr. Janine O. Bayla is a civil engineering graduate
of Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan and just
recently passed the November 2017 Board
Examinations. Since 2014, whilst still a student, she
had been actively volunteering for various
engineering projects and research studies. She has
an array of experience when it comes to CAD and
SketchUp Drafting and Cost Estimation. Her
involvement in research studies, for Transportation
and Environment Engineering helped develop her
profound understanding of engineering. She is
Engr. Janine O. Bayla currently working as a design and planning engineer
PRC No. Licensed not yet released with main focus on Building Information Modelling or
BIM.
She is the second born child of Edwin T. Bayla and
Anselma. She is 22 years old, born on July 4, 1995.
She graduated elementary in Fatima de Davao
School in Buhangin, Davao City. She finished high
school Cagayan de Oro College – PHINMA in
Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. Served as a
photojournalists and feature writer for high school
publication. She was the Clerk of Court of the
Association of the College of Engineering Student –
Court of Justice in SY 2016-2017. A member of
Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Xavier
University Student Chapter and in Unified Students of
the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Cagayan
de Oro Chapter. SketchUp Designer of Gate 2 of
Xavier University Sports Complex. CAD Designer and
Cost Estimator for a DMPI Project. Volunteer in Air
Quality Monitoring Research for the City Government
of Cagayan de Oro using GRIMM and in Road Lay-
outing of Xavier University Sports Complex. Profound
interest in art, architecture, books, literature, business
and investment, foreign language, music and sports.
I am Cara Mae Chatto Sabado, presently living in
Tuscania Subdivision, Barangay Kauswagan,
Cagayan de Oro City. I was born on May 17, 1995 as
the third child of my parents, Carlos A. Sabado and
Leonides C. Sabado, in Pagadian City. I studied in
Saint Columban College in my elementary and high
school days. I finished my course in Xavier University
– Ateneo de Cagayan in Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering last May 2017. I am a member of
Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Xavier
University Student Chapter and in Unified Students of
Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – Cagayan de
Oro Chapter. I recently passed the Board
Examination for Civil Engineer last November 2017.
As of now, I am working at Oro Geometric Builders,
Inc., at Barangay Barra, Opol, Misamis Oriental.
During my 3rd year to 5th year college, I volunteered
some activities in line with my course. I volunteered
for Road Lay-out and Networking of Xavier University
Sports Complex. I also volunteered for Fine
Particulate Matter and Monitoring and Data Analysis.
Engr. Cara Mae C. Sabado And lastly, I volunteered for Design and Estimate for a
PRC No: 0158792 DMPI Project in Talakag, Bukidnon. I have a
background on architectural design using AutoCAD
and SketchUp. I have knowledge in Hydraulics,
Hydrology, and Water Resources Engineering.
My favorite thing to do during my leisure is to watch
cooking videos or shows and try replicate the dish
they are cooking. I am passionate in learning new
things like photography, poetry, video editing, piano
and foreign language. I like doing sports, like
volleyball, Frisbee, badminton, and outside activities,
like trekking and camping because it relaxes my
thoughts and body.
I am John Rey L. Frondarina, born on August 3, 1994
in Cagayan de Oro City. I am the first born of Jerry B.
Frondarina and Sorayda Lastimoda. I have a brother
currently enrolled and training at Philippine Military
Academy in Baguio City. I studied in Prudens Futuri
School in Pueblo de Oro, Cagayan de Oro City. I
graduated high school in Xavier University High
School – Ateneo de Cagayan in Pueblo de Oro,
Cagayan de Oro City. I finished my five year course
of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in Xavier
University – Ateneo de Cagayan last October 2017. I
am an active member of Philippine Institute of Civil
Engineering – Xavier University Student Chapter and
also in University Student Chapter and in Unified
John Rey L. Frondarina Students of Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers –
PRC No. Cagayan de Oro Chapter. I have done volunteering
during my college days. I volunteered as a facilitator
during the orientation of freshmen for two years. I
volunteered also in Cost and Estimates Construction
Materials in Talakag Bukidnon, Road Lay-outing of
Xavier University Sports Complex, Air Quality
Monitoring Research for the City Government of
Cagayan de Oro using GRIMM. I am proficient in
engineering designs platforms using AutoCAD and
SketchUp. I have a deep interest in photography,
video editing and music. I love to play sports specially
volleyball and also like to play online video games
during my vacant time. I am approachable and God-
fearing person.
Dr Mateo-Babiano, representing Australia, is a
transport planner and planning academic with main
area of expertise in sustainable and active transport.
Having completed several interdisciplinary, multi-
country research activities, her current research thrust
is on gender and cycling/bike sharing. She was a
visiting professor at the De La Salle University
(Philippines).
