With reference to the above, this is to inform you that SE/EE’s Conference under the
Chairmanship of Hon’ble Managing Director is scheduled on Dtd.07.12.2023 at 11.00 Hrs
at DGVCL, Corporate office, 6th Floor, Conference Room. You are requested to make it

 Removal of double circuit HT line by overhead XLPE Cable-Status of projects
and work planning
 Removal of patch work on feeders by providing cable to remove hybrid
network

 Prepayment to release – period analysis
 %age On line survey in Geo Urja.

 Action taken report of poor power supply reliability feeder (Worst feeder)

 Post monsoon maintenance progress
4. Review of Distribution losses of Sept-2023 & action taken for loss
reduction.
 Review of high loss feeders-more than 50% loss.
 Comparison of last 2 years-Category wise.
 Statistical data of selected Feeders.
5. Installation checking activity target and achievement for FY-2023-24.
 Performance against 60 % achievement of target.
 LTMD Checking
6. Wrapped Meter Inspection
 Inspection done during last two quarters and month wise for 2nd quarter
 Details of pending wrapped meter Quarter wise
 Separate planning to clear wrapped meter.
